What can the spaces be used for?

The spaces may be reserved for classes, events, and other activities related to research and academic activities at TUFS . Reservations for individual use are not accepted due to the nature of these spaces.

[Trial Service] Facility Reservations

Description

The spaces in NEO Lab and Commu Lab on the 2F and @Lab on the 4F are normally available for use as open study spaces.

These spaces may also be reserved in advance for exclusive use for classes, events, and other activities related to research and academic activities at TUFS.

This service is being offered on a trial basis from October 2026 to March 2027.
Service details are subject to change without prior notice during the trial period.

How to Make a Reservation

Reservation requests are accepted through a Google Form available only to TUFS members.
Please log in with your ICC account and submit your request at least three library opening days before the date you wish to use the space.

Please note: Reservations are subject to approval. Be sure to check the notification from the Library regarding the result of your request.
A reservation may not be approved if multiple requests are received for the same time slot.

If the reserved space has not been used for 30 minutes or more after the scheduled start time, the reservation will be canceled.

If you do not have an ICC account but wish to make a reservation for an activity such as a collaborative project with another institution, please contact us at the address below.
