Effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026, a new agreement on the mutual use of library facilities has been concluded and will be implemented among the member universities of FLIP (Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Institute of Science Tokyo, Hitotsubashi University, and Ochanomizu University).
Under this agreement, students of our university are eligible to visit and use the libraries of all member universities. Furthermore, students enrolled in courses offered by these member universities will also have access to additional services, including book circulation.
