2019年度全学防災訓練（2019.11.27開催）についてお知らせ

標記の件について、2019年11月27日（水）に実施いたします（詳細は添付参照）。

大規模地震を想定した初動訓練です。当日は、10時5分に予告放送、11時30分より緊急地震訓練放送があります。
この放送はキャンパス内の全てのスピーカーより同一音量で放送されます。音量調整はできませんので、ご承知ください。

訓練内容は、その場所で①姿勢を低く②頭を守って③揺れが収まるまでじっとする行動を各自で行うものです。研究室等の個室においても実行してください。また、安否送信訓練もあわせて行いますので、ご協力いただきますようお願いいたします。

Please find the attached PDF for the Emergency Drill to be held on
Wednesday, November 27th, 2019. This is a very important drill and TUFS
would like all the faculty members to be well prepared.

You will hear a prior announcement about the drill at 10:05am, and the
earthquake notification chime at 11:30am from all the speakers on campus
(you cannot change the volume of the announcement).

Please take three steps - DROP, COVER and HOLD ON - at the place where
you are during the drill (even in your office room). You will be also
required to send an e-mail with your name to anpi@tufs.ac.jp for the
purpose of a safety confirmation drill.
