| 1 | The Applicant must arrange to have the Letter of Recommendation submitted by the high school. | Applicant |
| 2 | The Applicant must complete the “Letter of Recommendation Request Form” below to have the necessary information sent to the High School Representative (*). | |
| 3 | The Applicant must prepare all of the required application documents. | |
| 4 | The Applicant should pay the Application Fee using the Flywire application. | |
| 5 | The High School Representative should download the “TUFS Cover Letter” below and prepare the Letter of Recommendation referencing the “A quick guide to writing a Letter of Recommendation” below. | High School Representative |
| 6 | The High School Representative should upload the Letter of Recommendation and TUFS Cover Letter using the “Letter of Recommendation Submission Form (*)” by September 4, 2026, 3:59 PM (Japan Standard Time). | |
