府中キャンパス構内の自転車利用登録について

各位
府中キャンパスでは、駐輪スペースの管理及び学外者の利用制限を行うため、構内に駐輪する自転車については年度毎に利用登録することとしております。
本学の構内自転車駐輪要項では、放置自転車の状況について年１回以上調査を行うこととなっており、今年度の調査を７月以降随時行う予定です。
調査の際、登録シールの無い自転車、駐輪場以外に駐輪している自転車、柱などに固定（いわゆる「地球ロック」）している自転車については、警告書を貼付いたします。
つきましては、利用登録がお済みでない方は下記の申請フォームより申請書をダウンロードしていただき、必要事項記入のうえ、各所属区分による申請先へお持ちいただき、登録申請及びシールの貼付を行ってください。
すでに、利用登録を行っていただいた方で、シールを貼付されていない方については貼付をお願いいたします。

警告書貼付後、一定の期間をおいてもシールの貼付が確認できない自転車（警告書が無くても対象）、駐輪場以外に駐輪している自転車（警告書が無くても対象）、地球ロックの自転車（警告書が無くても対象）及び警告書が貼り付いたままの自転車については、随時撤去いたします。
なお、この自転車利用登録制度は、府中キャンパス構内における自転車を駐輪するためのものであり、駐輪場における盗難・事故などのトラブルについては、一切の責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。

Bicycle Registration on the TUFS Fuchu Campus
Bicycles must be registered each academic year to be able to be parked in the bicycle parking spaces on the Fuchu campus. Registration allows us to manage the bicycle parking spaces and restrict use of the parking spaces by non-university bicycle users.
The Tokyo University of Foreign Studies On-campus Bicycle Parking Guidelines stipulate that abandoned bicycles must be surveyed at least once a year. The survey for this year is scheduled to be conducted after July.
During the survey, a warning notice will be affixed to bicycles without a registration sticker, bicycles parked outside of the on-campus bicycle parking spaces, and bicycles that are secured to a fixed object, such as a pole (known as “earth locking”).
Therefore, if you have not yet registered your bicycle, please download the application form from the link below, fill in the necessary information, submit the registration application to the appropriate division and affix the registration sticker to your bicycle as soon as possible.
If you have already submitted your application but have not yet affixed the registration sticker to your bicycle, please do so immediately.

After a certain period since the warning notices are attached, bicycles that do not have a registration sticker (including bicycles without a warning notice), bicycles that are parked outside of the on-campus bicycle parking spaces (including bicycles without a warning notice), bicycles that are earth locked (including bicycles without a warning notice), and bicycles with warning notices still attached will be removed without notice.
The bicycle registration system pertains to bicycles parked in the bicycle parking spaces on the Fuchu campus, so please be aware that the University does not take any responsibility for any incidents, such as thefts or accidents, that may occur in the on-campus bicycle parking spaces.
