- The CEFR-J x 28 project aims to develop multilingual resources by adopting the CEFR-J, a localised version of the CEFR for English language teaching in Japan.
- It is used primarily for the 28 foreign languages offered as a language major at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (TUFS).
CEFR-J x 28 Pedagogical Corpus †
- We compiled corpora for 28 languages taught at TUFS and put them on Sketch Engine.
- These corpora are only available for TUFS staff and students for the use of DDL in the classroom.
- Corpora consist of textbook materials as well as Wikipedia contents, approximately 5 to 10 million each.
- The manuals of Sketch Engine have been prepared for 28 languages:
