The application deadline for 2020 HIPS program has been extended to 12: 00pm Tuesday, May 19. You can download the modified application guidelines from this website ( Japanese language only ).

We are evaluating the situation in relation to COVID-19 with the consortium partners in EU and are continuing preparations as scheduled for the launch of the HIPS program this October.
