TUFS博士後期課程ディプロマ・サプリメントの発行について／Issuance of TUFS Doctoral Program Diploma Supplement

大学院博士後期課程では、汎用的な能力（トランスファラブルスキル）を12の項目に分類して表示する「TUFS博士後期課程ディプロマ・サプリメント」を発行いたします。
The Tokyo University of Foreign Studies Doctoral Program will issue a "TUFS Doctoral Program Diploma Supplement" that categorizes and displays transferable skills into 12 items.

• 発行対象者　博士論文執筆予定者及び修了者
  Those who have completed or are expected to complete the Doctoral Program are eligible to receive a TUFS Doctoral Program Diploma Supplement
  

※ 発行希望者は以下の様式をダウンロードの上、「申請書」及び「学修成果別修得スキル内訳」を入力のうえ、添付書類と合わせて大学院係にご提出願います。（申請を受理してから確認作業をいたしますので発行までに２週間程度要します。）
※ Those wishing to receive the TUFS Doctoral Program Diploma Supplement should download the following form, fill in the “Application Form” and “Breakdown of Acquired Skills by Learning Outcome” sections, and submit this file along with the required documents to the Postgraduate Section of the Educational Affairs Division[RW1.1]. (Please allow approximately two weeks for issuance as we will verify your application after receiving it.)
