The PCS Global Campus Program [GCP] plots out a three-year action plan. The plan specifies detailed agendas to be achieved/completed. Annual operation themes are given to each year, indicating the stages and progress of the program: "preparation" for the first year; "implementation" for the second year; and "review & assessment" for the third year. The following table shows a tentative time-line of the actions by month.
