Mr. Pali Masenkane, the Counsellor of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Lesotho in Japan came to our office at TUFS on 30th October. Mr. Pali also delivered the lecture for the students as one of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) relay lecture series.
