We invited Dr. Nii Attoh-Okine from University of Delaware. This seminar focused on infrastructure isue in 'zongo' areas established in Accra, Ghana. He discussed how manage physical infrastructure like roads, water and sanitation in zongo communities refering history and characteristics of zongos.
