キョヘイルウェ　フローレンス　ムハングジ (Kyoheirwe Florence Muhanguzi)

Associate Professor of Women and Gender Studies based at the Institute of Gender and Development Studies, Makerere University, Uganda. She is currently a Visiting Professor at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Japan. She has extensive experience in gender and feminist research in the fields of education, sexuality, women empowerment and climate change. She has vast experience in both quantitative and participatory qualitative gender transformative research with experimental designs that engage Randomised Control Trial approach (RCTs) and policy engagement. She has published widely in refereed journals and books on issues on girls’ and young women’s wellbeing. She is a gender trainer, activist and passionate about empowerment of adolescent girls and women.
