チャプレフスカ　ソニャ (CZAPLEWSKA Sonia)

言語学者、日本学者、外国人向けのポーランド語教師です。また、（ポーランドの）栄養士の資格を持っています。かつてヤギェウォ大学で日本語を教えていましたが、現在は東京外国語大学でポーランド語とポーランド文化を教えるとともに、グダニスク大学とも協力しています。フードスタディーズという修士向けのコースの論文として、グダニスクの食文化に関するミニガイドを作成しました。食文化への情熱を学問的な活動に取り入れることに努めながら、子ども文学、特に民話や教科書に焦点を当てた研究も行っています。
I am a philologist, Japanologist, teacher of Polish as a foreign language, and dietitian by education. I previously taught Japanese at Jagiellonian University and currently teach Polish language and culture at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, while also collaborating with the University of Gdańsk. As part of my postgraduate studies in Food Studies, I dedicated my diploma thesis to the culinary culture of Gdańsk, developing a culinary and historical mini-guide. A passionate foodie, I strive to integrate my love for food into my academic pursuits, while also conducting research on children's literature, with a particular focus on folktales and school textbooks.
