2026年度第１回保護者説明会の開催について

在学生の保護者の皆様と大学との理解を深めるため、例年、保護者説明会を開催しております。
このたび、今年度第１回説明会を下記の通り開催することとなりました。

開 催 日：2026年7月12日（日）14時～15時30分（終了予定）
開催方法：ハイフレックス形式
対 象 者：学部１年次の保護者

プログラム（予定）：

  1. 学長挨拶および大学の近況について説明
  2. 本学の学生支援体制について説明
  3. 留学支援説明
    ①学生体験談（各学部から１名）
    ②留学支援共同利用センターから説明
  4. 学生後援会長挨拶

Announcement: 1st Parent Orientation Meeting for AY2026

To all parents and guardians of our students,
Every year, our university holds orientation meetings to deepen mutual understanding between the university and parents/guardians.
We are pleased to inform you that the first orientation meeting for this academic year will be held as follows:

  • Date and Time
    Sunday, July 12, 2026, 14:00–15:30 (JST)
    (Japan Standard Time)
  • Format
    Hybrid (in-person and online participation available)
  • Eligibility
    Parents/guardians of first-year undergraduate students

Program (tentative)

  1. Opening remarks by the President and an update on the university
  2. Overview of student support services
  3. Study abroad support session
    (1) Student experiences (one representative from each faculty)
    (2) Explanation by the Joint Usage Center for Study Abroad Support
  4. Address by the Chair of the Parent Support Association

Important Notes for International Participants 

The meeting will be conducted entirely in Japanese.
For those attending online via Zoom, automatic subtitle/translation functions may be available depending on your settings, allowing you to follow the session in your preferred language.
(Please note that translation accuracy may not be perfect.)

In your message, be sure to include the following information.

  • Parent/guardian name
  • Address

  • Preferred participation format (in-person or online)
  • Student name

  • Any questions regarding study abroad support (optional)
    We will do our best to address your questions during the session.
  • Other comments or inquiries (optional)
