"Ripeness and MEO (Mutually Enticing Opportunities): Discussions about The Impacts of the Russo-Ukrainian War”

Dr. Sinisa Vukovic, a leading expert in mediation studies from SAIS, will present on the theory of conflict mediation known as “Ripeness,” developed by his former SAIS colleague William Zartman, as well as his own theoretical contribution, “MEO” (Mutually Enticing Opportunities). Following his presentation, members of the study group will discuss relevant sections of the co-authored volume The Impacts of the Russo-Ukrainian War, published in February 2025.
