題目：“Boko Haram: Local Drivers or Global Jihad?”

After obtaining a Ph.D. from Tsukuba University, Dr. Nweke has been conducting his research on Jihadist organizations in Northern Nigeria.
In this meeting, Dr. Nweke will illustrate key elements of this phenomenon and challenges in the region.
