TUFS Global Community Meeting Held in Sydney

The TUFS Global Community Meeting was held in Sydney, Australia, on Saturday, March 9, 2024. This meeting was held after attending the APAIE: Asia Pacific Association for International Education held in Perth, Australia from March 4 (Mon.) to March 7 (Thu.), where Vice-President Taku Shinohara gave a presentation on the activities of TUFS to strengthen its global expansion capabilities, through the “History in the Public Sphere” project supported by MEXT’s “Inter University Exchange Project EU-Japan”.

The meeting was attended by five alumni who are active in the local area, Vice President Shinohara, and one administrative staff member. It was an opportunity to deepen connections and discuss a wide range of topics, including the current situation of both countries after the coronavirus pandemic and the current state of our university and Australian universities.
