TUFS Short Stay Summer Program 2019 Comes to an End

On Friday the 9th of August, the Short Stay Summer Program 2019, which began on Tuesday the 23rd of July, came to an end with 43 exchange students from North America, Europe and Asia finishing the course.

This year marks the sixth year of this summer program, a program in which exchange students, in addition to attending regular Japanese language classes, interact with TUFS students who also participate in these classes and assist with interview/conversation practice and presentation preparation.

Many students in this program also experienced traditional Japanese culture through the well-established events run by the TUFS International Student Support Association, such as “Yukata Experience”, “Flower-Arranging Workshop” and “Tea Ceremony Workshop”.
