Myanmar・Laos・Cambodia Joint Education Program 2019 Begins

On Friday the 19th of July, the short-term Joint Education Program of the “TUFS Japan Specialist Program for the Enhancement of Japanese Language and Cultural Outreach in Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia”, one of TUFS’ Inter-University Exchange Projects, began at TUFS. A total of 16 students participated in this program, including five students from the University of Yangon (Myanmar), five students from the National University of Laos (Laos) and six students from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (Cambodia).

Students in this program will stay in Japan from Friday the 19th until Friday the 26th of July, during which they will go on field trips to places such as the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Centre and the Maglev Exhibition Center, attend seminar-style classes and participate in tandem learning with TUFS students.
