TUFS Students Win Audience Award at UNIVERSITY SDGs ACTION! AWARDS 2020

On February 15, 2020, in the final round of the original ideas pitch contest, the “UNIVERSITY SDGs ACTION! AWARDS 2020” (sponsored by Asahi Shimbun Company), TUFS students MIHARA Naoto (School of International and Area Studies, African area studies/English language studies, fourth year) and TOKORO Nanami (School of International and Area Studies, East Asian area studies/Chinese language studies, fourth year) won the Audience Award for their project, “ShareRo”.

• Mihara Naoto
  I feel honored to have been chosen by an actual audience. I have no intentions of stopping here, and aim to keep moving forward together with my current fellow members to expand the ShareRo team and create a community where home-sharing can be started more easily and safely.
• Tokoro Nanami
  From meeting other finalists coming from universities all over Japan, I realized there are many students aiming to commercialize their ideas and experiences in a variety of different fields.
