TUFS Students Win Big at Fuchu Citizen’s Sports Tournament

On Sunday the 21st of October, two TUFS students participated in Kendo Division at the Fuchu Citizen’s Sports Tournament. Their impressive results can be seen below.

3-dan Men’s General Division (individual match) (69 competitors)
FIRST PLACE: Takahiro Nishimura (School of International and Area Studies, West Asian and North African Area Studies, first year)

Beginner Men’s General Division (individual match) (30 competitors)
RUNNER-UP: Takahiro Boku (School of International and Area Studies, Southwest European Area Studies, first year)
