Interview with the TUFS Indonesian Dance Club

We, the Indonesian Dance Club, feel very honored to have been able to participate in the 2018 9th Japanese-Indonesian Friendship Festival in Yoyogi Park.

We performed a Balinese welcoming dance, and two Javanese dances, and despite having an early afternoon performance slot, we were blessed with a full audience of both Japanese and Indonesian visitors.

This year marks the 60th year of Japan-Indonesia diplomatic relations. Because of this, we intend to work hard to have our club recognized by more people, and to have these people develop an interest in Indonesian dance.
