TUFS Student Volunteers at ISU Four Continents Figure Skating Championship

From Saturday the 20th until Monday the 29th of January, TUFS student Emi Kimura (School of Language and Culture Studies, Indonesian Language Studies, third year – second year at the time) participated as an international volunteer in the ‘International Skating Union (ISU) 2018 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships’ held in Taipei City, Taiwan.

Six university students, including Ms. Kimura, were chosen to represent Japan as international volunteers at this international tournament. Ms. Kimura made the best of her English skills to provide support to the athletes and other attendees, and also played an active part in supporting international communication by assisting visitors from various countries.
