ILCAA launches Intensive Language Course (ILC) Online

Every year, TUFS’' Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia and Africa (ILCAA) offers a summer intensive course to new students interested in learning about Asian and African regions. The course has specialized researchers and native speakers as instructors.

Using past material, we have now launched ILC Online. The site provides online materials of four languages: Mongolian (Mongol and Republic of China), Jinghpaw (Myanmar), Balinese (Indonesia), and Akan(Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire).

The online materials use the conversation and pronunciation parts of the textbooks. Each section has conversation audio attached. Each language site provides a link to the PDF version of the textbooks so that students who wish to study more in depth can benefit from this too.
