TUFS and Kanda University of International Studies present “Malaysia English Speaking Module”

TUFS and Kanda University of International Studies have released a joint project called “Malaysia English Speaking Module”. This is the tenth module from the “English Speaking Module” joining the modules of American English, British English, Australian English, New Zealand English, Canadian English, Irish English, Singapore English, Indian English and Philippine English.

The “Malaysia English Speaking Module” conveys the characteristics of Malaysian English while providing detailed pronunciation and wording explanations for the 40 scenes it presents. The material is sure to be useful listening material for university students as well as workers and junior to high school students.

The “English Speaking Module” Is a web teaching site developed by researchers from TUFS and Kanda University of International Studies. This module includes social linguistic variation observed among the English spoken in different parts of the world, enabling learners to study the diversity of contemporary English.
