Prof. Ogasawara Receives Asia-Pacific Special Recognition Award

Professor OGASAWARA Yoshiyuki (Institute of Global Studies) was awarded the 32nd Asia-Pacific Special Recognition Award for his book “The Taiwanese Presidential Election” (Koyo-Shobo, 2019).

The award, sponsored by the Mainichi Shimbun and the Asian Affairs Research Council, is given to researchers and practitioners who have published outstanding books on politics, economics, diplomacy, society, and culture in the Asia Pacific.
