Regarding office operation during the holidays

Office operations will cease from December 28, 2021 to January 3, 2022. There will be building-access restrictions while office operations are ceased, we kindly ask for your cooperation.
1) Issuing of documents will not be available while office operations are ceased
Academic certificates will not be issued while offices are closed.
Make sure to issue any document you might need beforehand.

*It takes 3 working days and 7 working days for Japanese documents and English and special documents respectively.
*You will receive your documents if you ask for issuing until December 22 for Japanese documents and until December 16 for special and English documents.
2) Campus Entry Restrictions
Access to Fuchu campus will be restricted during the holidays.
For employees, note that your IC card will not work between December 19 to January 3. Please visit the Security Office on the first floor of the Administration Building, and explain and record the reason to enter the building. Entrances will only be unlocked by the security officers during this period.
3) The following student-support facilities will be closed

- Health Care Center
- Student Counseling Room
- Academic Support Center
- Shared Study Abroad Support Center
- Global Career Center (December 27, 2021 and January 4, 2022 will be also closed.)
- VOLAS (December 27, 2021 will be also closed.)
- ELC (December 27, 2021 will be also closed.)
- All extracurricular facilities (gym, tennis court, etc.)
4) The library will be closed
The library will be closed during the following period.
2021/12/28 to 2022/01/03
*The book post will not be available.
*Any requests made through My Library between December 24 to January 3 will be dealt with after January 4.
5) University Hall will be closed
The university hall (including the university restaurants and store) will be closed during the following period: December 25, 2021 to January 03, 2022.
The second floor Special Restaurant and AGORA Global’s Cafe CASTALIA are currently closed.
The kitchen car in the circular square will not be operating between December 25, 2021 to January 03, 2022.
