Director of Institutional Planning at University of Pretoria Visits TUFS

On Thursday 21 ^st September, the Director of Institutional Planning at the University of Pretoria (South Africa), Dr. Wangenge G. Ouma, visited TUFS and met with President Hirotaka Tateishi, Vice President Kayoko Hayashi, and Director of the African Studies Center, Professor Shinichi Takeuchi.

Dr. Ouma is in charge of institutional planning at the University of Pretoria, and visited TUFS to hear about our goal setting, strategic plans, budgeting incentives, and evaluation index as a university. After the meeting, Dr. Ouma also visited the African Studies Center and met with the center faculty.
