Seventh Citizen Lecture Held in Cooperation with Tachikawa Branch of Yomiuri Shimbun

On Saturday, November 14th, the seventh lecture of the Citizen Lecture Series, Live in the Present: the World in Which People are Living/Have Lived” was held at Prometheus Hall. This lecture series is sponsored by the Tachikawa Branch of the Yomiuri Shimbun.

This time, Professor Kumiko Yagi delivered a lecture, “Considering the Muslim World through Cuisine”. Despite rainy weather, many citizens visited and intently listened to the lecture.

The eighth lecture will be conducted on the 5th of December, from 13:00, at Prometheus Hall. Professor Chika Takeda will deliver a presentation, “Dialectic of Drunkards; Brazilian Way of Life”. For further information about the lecture, please visit:
