Fifth Citizen Lecture Held in Cooperation with Tachikawa Branch of Yomiuri Shimbun

On Saturday, October 3rd, the fifth lecture of the Citizen Lecture Series, “How Multiethnic Countries Are Created: the Cases of Malaysia and Singapore” was held at Prometheus Hall. (Lecturer: Associate Professor Naoki Soda). This lecture series is sponsored by the Tachikawa branch of the Yomiuri Shimbun. Many citizens attended and intently listened to the lecture.  

 


The sixth lecture will be conducted on the 31st of October, from 13:00, at Prometheus Hall. Ikue Kameyama, the president of Nagoya University of Foreign Studies (Former TUFS President) and Kyoko Numano, TUFS professor, will deliver a lecture, “Savor the World!: Sweet Relationship with Cuisine and Literature”.
