TUFS Concludes Academic Partnership Agreement with Yunus Emre Institute

On February 4th, Telat Aydın, the director of the Yunus Emre Institute Tokyo paid a courtesy call on TUFS president Tateishi and signed an academic partnership agreement.

The Yunus Emre Institute aims at promoting understanding of Turkish culture, language and study. Its headquarters is located in Ankara, Turkey, and branch offices (cultural centers) are in 20 countries around the world.

In a meeting following the courtesy call, Miyazaki, Executive Director for Education, Research, and International Strategies, Vice President Hayashi, and professor Sugawara (Turkish language) participated and talked about the roles the two institutes will play as cultural bridges.
