On November 7, 2007, the event ‘Discussion with Yemeni-Hadrami Religious Teachers’ was arranged at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
Four Teachers of Dar al-Mustafa (House of the Prophet), an Islamic Educational Institution in the town of Tarim, Hadramawt governorate, Yemen attended as guests by invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
The sessions about the current situation surrounding Islam and the role of religious teachers were actively held between those teachers and the TUFS undergraduate students/graduate students majoring in Peace and Conflict studies.
