Konnichiwa! Muli Bwanji! Hello!
My name is RITA TEMBO and I'm from ZAMBIA. I am second year student majoring in Economics at the University of Zamia. When I was younger, I would dream of traveling the world and now I can see my dreams turn into a reality.
I'm so excited to begin my journey at TUFS and peel out the many layers of Japanese culture. I may not be able to see all of Japan in a year but I will definitely still have worthwhile experiences. Traveling here has been nothing short of amazing and I can't wait to see what lies ahead of me.
I would like to thank the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) for supporting my stay in Japan, the Inter University Exchange Project (IAfP) for sponsoring this program and the African Studies Centre at TUFS for accepting me into the school.
