We are pleased to report that on August 8, 2023, a Triple Anniversary ceremony was held at PIASS and TUFS was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation.

The Triple Anniversary is a celebration commemorating the fact that this year (2023) marks 50 years since the establishment of PIASS's predecessor seminary, 30 years since the establishment of the Faculty of Theology, and 10 years since it became a comprehensive university including the Faculty of Development Studies.

It is a great honor for TUFS to receive a letter of appreciation for its contribution to the development of PIASS.
Prof. Kazuyuki Sasaki kindly received the letter on our behalf and forwarded it to our university.

PIASS has hosted more than 10 students from TUFS and TUFS has hosted 11 students from PIASS, and starting October, two students will be sent and received by PIASS on exchange programs. We will announce the arrival of the students on our website as they arrive.

Your continuous supports and understanding for the importance of this kind of mutual exchange will be indispensable.
