Note about winter holidays (2013/12/28-2014/1/5)

Dear all,
Please note that all the faculty members and administrative staffs should not come to work during the year-end and winter holidays (from Dec. 28th through Jan. 5th) since all the University buidlings (except the library and the TUFS International Residence) will be locked. As this is a part of effort for energy-saving action, your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated.
Please be even more careful for security and make sure to lock doors, keep valuables under your lock and key, etc.
As for the postal service is as shown below.
1) To send out postal matters
Dec. 27th (Fri): operated as usually (a postman comes to collect letters at 15 o'clock)
Dec. 28 (Sat)- Jan. 5th (Sun): out of service
Jan. 6th (Mon)- : operated as usually
2) To receive postal matters
Dec. 27th (Fri): operated as usually
Dec. 28 (Sat)- Jan. 5th (Sun): out of service
Jan. 6th (Mon)- : operated as usually
Please note that postal matters addressed to the attention of the university are not delivered during the holidays.

年末・年始における対応について（お願い）
年末・年始休業期間（12月28日から1月5日まで）は，原則として教職員は出勤しないこととなっており，建物（附属図書館及び国際交流会館を除く）も施錠（土日祝日扱い）いたします。
節電対策の一環の意味合いもありますので，ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
日頃から盗難防止等については，十分注意されていることと思いますが，休業期間中については，戸締まりを行い，貴重品等は鍵のかかる金庫等で管理いただくなど，防犯に心がけていただくようお願い申し上げます。
なお，年末年始の郵便等業務については，以下のとおりお取り扱いいたしますので，よろしくお願いいたします。

※ただし，15時に総務企画課内郵便計器（ハスラー）での受付を終了予定です。部局内発送担当者への持ち込みは余裕を持ってお願いします。
