学術情報基盤システムの切り替えについて調整中だった残りのシステムについても日程が決まったためお知らせいたします。

日頃から本学学術情報基盤システムをご利用いただきありがとうございます。現行の学術情報基盤システムが2023年9月にリース期限を迎えるため、現在新システムの構築作業を進めています。

9月から新システムへの切り替え作業を実施するにあたり、現行システムの停止が発生します。 システムの切り替えは、下記のとおり複数回に分けて行う予定ですので、あらかじめお知らせいたします。皆様にはご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
なお、各作業について切り替えの実施が近づいたところで、改めてお知らせいたします。

We would like to inform you that the schedule for the remaining systems that were under consideration for the academic information infrastructure system migration has been determined.

Thank you for your continued use of our Academic Information Infrastructure System. We are currently in the process of building a new system. Therefore, the switchover to the new system will be implemented sequentially from September. During the changeover to the new system, various services will be temporarily suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

The details of each implementation will be announced on this page or on the ICC website as needed.

先般ご案内していました学術情報基盤システムの切り替えについて、3回目の作業日が、9月29日（金）17:30開始に決まりましたのでお知らせいたします。この作業により、本郷サテライトの通信に影響があります。 ご利用される方におかれては、ご不便、ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございませんが、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いします。

Regarding the Switching of the Academic Information Infrastructure System (3rd Notice):

We would like to inform you that the third phase of the academic information infrastructure system switch, as previously announced, will commence on September 29th (Friday) at 5:30 PM. This operation will impact communication at the Hongo Satellite Campus. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our users and appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this process.

一部のWebページが表示されない問題について：（問題解決）

13日より発生していました一部のWebページがうまく表示できない問題は，原因調査と対応が終了し，16日14時頃解消しました。

Regarding the Issue of Certain Web Pages Not Displaying (Issue Resolved):

The problem of certain web pages not displaying correctly, which had been occurring since the 13th, has been successfully resolved as of around 2:00 PM on the 16th. The investigation and necessary actions have been completed.

受信できなかったメールの再送について：

大学のメールサーバに接続せず，転送のみで利用されている方を対象に，14日の受信および転送トラブル発生中に受信 できなかったメールの再送信を完了しました。

メール送信設定が変更できない問題について：（調査結果）

メール送信設定の変更において，ユーザ名を変更後にパスワード設定を間違えるとロックがかかる場合があります。 ロックがかかった状態でメール受信を続けていると，ロックが解除されないためメールアプリを一旦閉じて， 30分以上経過してから再度メール送信設定を行い，送信をお試しください。

一部のWebページが表示されない問題について：

現在，一部のWebページがうまく表示できない問題が発生しております。該当するページを運営されている先生方およ びページ利用者のみなさまにはご迷惑をおかけしており，申し訳ありません。現在，調査を進め，問題の絞り込みを行っ ておりますので，もうしばらくお待ちください。

Regarding Resending Emails that Were Not Received:

We have successfully completed the resend of emails that were not received during the reception and forwarding issues on the 14th. This resend was specifically targeted at users who utilize forwarding without directly connecting to the university's email server.

Regarding Email Sending Configuration Issues (Investigation Result):

In the case of changing email sending settings, if you change your username and then set the password incorrectly, it may result in an account lock. If your account becomes locked and you continue to receive emails, the lock will not be automatically lifted. In such cases, please close your email application, wait for at least 30 minutes, and then attempt to configure your email sending settings again before trying to send emails.

Regarding the Issue of Certain Web Pages Not Displaying:

Currently, there is an issue where certain web pages are not displaying correctly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing to the professors and users of the affected pages. We are actively investigating the issue and working to narrow down the problem. Please bear with us for a little longer as we work towards a resolution.

新メールシステムへの更新とセキュリティ強化の実施に起因して，メール送受信および転送に障害が発生しましたが， 現在は，一部の問題をのぞいて解消しております。みなさまにはご迷惑をおかけしてもうしわけありません。 また，昨晩より問題解決を最優先として作業を進めていたため，こちらでの報告が遅れてしまいましたことも重ねてお詫 びします。

メール受信トラブルについて：

本日午前中，当初想定を超えるメール通信量の増加により，メール受信に障害が発生しておりました。 そのため，設定を見直し調整を行いました。現在は受信障害は解消しています。

メール転送トラブルについて：

上記の受信トラブルに加えて，学外のメールサーバから学内アドレス宛に送信されたメールの学外への 転送が行えない障害が発生しておりました。 こちらについて，まず，上記の受信トラブルへの対応を行った後，システム設定の見直しを行いました。 現在は解消しています。

メール送信設定が変更できない問題について：

一部の利用者において，あらかじめお知らせした方法での設定変更がうまくいかないという事象が発生しています。 こちらについては原因を調査中です。

受信できなかったメールの再送について：

上記の受信および転送トラブル発生中に受信できなかったメールの再送手続きを進めています。 特に，大学のメールサーバに接続せず，転送のみで利用されている方を優先して順次再送を行います。

Due to the implementation of the new email system upgrade and security enhancements, disruptions occurred in email sending, receiving, and forwarding. Currently, most of the issues have been resolved, with only a few exceptions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Furthermore, as we have been prioritizing resolving the issues since last night, our communication and reporting have been delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused as well.

Regarding Email Reception Issues:

This morning, we experienced disruptions in email reception due to an unexpected increase in email traffic volume. To address this, we conducted a review of settings and made adjustments. Currently, the reception issue has been resolved.

Regarding Email Forwarding Issues:

In addition to the reception issues mentioned above, there were problems with forwarding emails sent from external email servers to university addresses. After initially addressing the reception issue, we reviewed and adjusted system settings to resolve the forwarding issue. It has now been resolved.

Regarding Email Sending Configuration Issues:

We are aware of an issue where some users are unable to change their email sending settings using the provided methods. Investigation into the cause of this issue is ongoing.

Regarding Resending Emails that Were Not Received:

We are in the process of facilitating the resending of emails that were not received during the aforementioned reception and forwarding issues. Priority is given to those who use forwarding without directly connecting to the university's email server. Resending will be conducted progressively for these cases.

追加のお願い：我々が把握していない設定方法で利用している方がいる可能性があります．

そこで，メールの設定を変える前に，一度，そのままの状態でどこかにメールを送信して試してください．

送信できた場合：設定変更の必要はありません．そのまま利用できます．

送信できない場合：設定の変更をお願いします．

本日(9/13) 20:00より実施の第2段階 システム切り替えにより電子メール送信の設定が変わります。
設定変更の方法は，2023 更新情報：メールシステム更新に伴うメール送信設定の変更/Change in email sending settings　を参照してください。

Additional Request: There is a possibility that some users may be using email settings that we are not aware of. Therefore, before making any changes to your email settings, please try sending an email as is.

If you are able to send the email: No changes to your settings are required. You can continue to use your current configuration.

If you are unable to send the email: Please proceed with the requested settings changes.

切替対象：メールシステム、認証システム（OpenAM等）、基幹サービスサーバ（NFS）

影響範囲：作業中は、以下のサービスを利用できません

・メール送受信不可

・ICCアカウントでログインするすべてのサービス（学認、メール、IISS（情報基盤サービスシステム）、Googleサービス、Zoom）利用不可

・ウェブサーバ（ホームページ）の閲覧不可

※ICCアカウントでログインするGoogleサービス、Zoomについては、作業時間より前にログイン済みの場合は利用可（Gmailはメール利用不可）

備考　　：上記作業日で完了しない場合の作業予備日は、翌14日（木）20:00です

※このメールシステム切り替えのタイミングで、教員の皆様はメールの認証方法が変更され、現在の設定では送信できなくなります。ただし，該当しない方もいますので，メールの設定を変える前に，一度，そのままの状態でどこかにメールを送信して試してください．設定変更の方法は，　2023 更新情報：メールシステム更新に伴うメール送信設定の変更/Change in email sending settings　を参照してください。

Note: During the email system transition, the authentication method for faculty members will change, and with the current settings, you will no longer be able to send emails. However, it's important to note that not everyone may be affected by this, so before making any changes to your email settings, please try sending an email as is to see if it applies to your situation.

Please refer to [2023 更新情報：メールシステム更新に伴うメール送信設定の変更/Change in email sending settings] for guidance on how to promptly adjust your settings after the system transition.

Contingency Date: In the event that the above-mentioned work is not completed, it will be rescheduled and carried out again starting from 8:00 PM on September 14, 2023 (Thu).

影響範囲：本学の情報基盤システムを運用しているデータセンターでネットワーク停止を行うため、作業中はほぼすべての大学関連サービスを利用できません。

・府中キャンパスからインターネットへの通信不可

・事務用PCの利用不可（本郷サテライト設置の事務用PC含む）

・VPNサービス

・学外に公開している本学サービスへの通信不可（メール、学務情報システム、ホームページ、IISS（情報基盤サービスシステム）等）※通信元が学内・学外を問わず通信できません

・ICCアカウントでログインする外部サービスの認証不可（学認、Googleサービス、Zoom）

※Googleサービス及びZoomについては、作業時間より前にログイン済みの場合は利用可

Affected Systems: Core Switches, Internet Connectivity (SINET), SSL-VPN Devices

Impact: Due to the network stoppage in the data center responsible for operating the university's information infrastructure systems, almost all university-related services will be unavailable during the maintenance.

Examples of the impact include:

・No internet access from the Fuchu Campus.

・Inability to use administrative PCs (including those at the Hongo Satellite Campus).

・VPN services will be unavailable.

・No communication with university services accessible from outside the campus (email, academic information system, website, IISS - Information Infrastructure Service System, etc.). Please note that communication will be unavailable both from within and outside the university.

・External services requiring ICC account authentication will not be accessible (GakuNin, Google services, Zoom). Google services and Zoom will be accessible if you have logged in before the maintenance window.

Remarks: As of now, there is no scheduled contingency date if the maintenance on the above date is not completed. [Updated] Major services have been restored as of 3:30 AM on September 11, 2023. In case the maintenance extends, updates will be provided on Google Classroom. [Added]
