2023年9月13日（水）20：00～翌14日（木）5：00にメールシステムの切り替えを行います。
Settings for sending e-mail messages will be changed.

このメールシステム切り替えのタイミングで、メール送信時の認証方法が変更され、教員及び一部の職員の皆様は、現在のメール送信設定では送信できなくなります。
Faculty members: After this date, the email authentication method will be changed and you will no longer be able to send emails using the current settings.

システム切り替え以降（9月14日（木）5：00以降）、下記手順に従い、速やかに設定変更してください。
※ここでは例としてGmail、Thunderbird、Beckyの設定変更手順をご案内していますが、その他のメールソフトウェア（Outlook等）をお使いの場合も設定変更は必要です。

1. 対象 / This change affects the following personnel.

新規のお願い：我々が把握していない設定方法で利用している方がいる可能性があります．

そこで，メールの設定を変える前に，一度，そのままの状態でどこかにメールを送信して試してください．

送信できた場合：設定変更の必要はありません．そのまま利用できます．

送信できない場合：設定の変更をお願いします．

New Request: There is a possibility that some users may be using email settings that we are not aware of. Therefore, before making any changes to your email settings, please try sending an email as is.

If you are able to send the email: No changes to your settings are required. You can continue to use your current configuration.

If you are unable to send the email: Please proceed with the requested settings changes.

(1) Gmailを使っている場合 / Gmail users
　個人で使っているGmailで大学のメール送受信設定を行っている教職員が対象です。
　Gmail users who have set up their personal Gmail to retrieve email from the university's mail server
　using POP3.

　※ICC Cloud Gmailを使っている場合は対象外です。
　ICC Cloud gmail users will not be affected.

　ICC Cloud Gmailを使っているかどうかは、Gmailを開いて、下図のとおり、画面右上のアイコンをご確認ください。

(2) Thunderbirdを使っている場合 / Thunderbird users
　Thunderbirdを使っている教職員が対象です。

(3) Beckyを使っている場合 /Becky! users
　Beckyを使っている教員が対象です。
　※事務職員は対象外です。

2. 設定変更のタイミング /
　システム切り替え以降（9月14日（木）5：00以降）、下記手順に従い、速やかに設定変更してください。
　After the system switchover (after 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 14), please follow the procedure below to change your settings as soon as possible.
