このメール転送サービスの対象者は教職員のみです

＊学生のみなさん＊　学生向けのメールサービスはICC Cloud gmailで行なっています． 転送設定も異なりますので，学生はこちらの方法では転送できません． 学生・教職員共通：メール転送の設定を参照してください．

＊Notice to students＊: The procedure explaining below is only for staff and teacher. The student email is served by ICC Cloud gmail, and cannot transfer email with same procedure. Please refer to 学生・教職員共通：メール転送の設定

サービスの概要　Overview

メール転送サービスを利用することで，大学のメールアドレスに 送られてきたメールを 自動的に他のメールアドレスに転送することができます． 携帯電話への転送も可能です．

It is able to transfer email TUFS address to another email address automatically.

It is also able to transfer to email address for mobile phone.

転送先アドレスの登録と削除 Register or Unregister email address

　1．学生は，こちらの方法では転送できません． 学生・教職員共通：メール転送の設定を参照してください．

 The student cannot transfer email with this procedure. Please refer to 学生・教職員共通：メール転送の設定 .

　次のURLにアクセスします．

　2．ページが表示されたら，利用者アカウントとパスワードを入力し，「ログイン」ボタンをクリックします．

 Please enter the account name in 「アカウント名」、and password in 「パスワード」. Then click 「ログイン」

　 3．「転送先メールアドレス（通常）」または「転送先メールアドレス（モバイル）」の入力欄に転送を希望するメールアドレスを入力します．「転送先メールアドレス（モバイル）」では、転送時の最大文字数を設定できます（既定値は100）. 文字制限が必要ない携帯電話への転送の場合は，「転送先メールアドレス（通常）」の方にメールアドレスを記入します.大学のWebMailを普段使用しており，大学のメールサーバーにもメールを保存したい場合，「メールをサーバに残す」を選択します．最後に「設定を変更（内容を確認)」ボタンを押します．

 Please enter email address in the 「転送先メールアドレス（通常）」. And when you write email address in 「転送先メールアドレス（モバイル）」, you are able to set the limitation of character numbers . (default is 100 words) If you use TUFS webmail and wish to leave the email on the server, please check 「残す」, otherwise the email will not remain on the server after transfer. At the end, please push the button.「設定を変更（内容を確認)」

　4．入力内容に間違いがないか確認したら，「設定を変更」ボタンをクリックします．

 If you do not find any mistake, please go onto 「設定を変更」.

　5．画面内に赤枠のメッセージが表示されたら，登録の完成です．

  When you see the 「転送設定を変更しました。」on the screen, the procedure is complete.

　6．すでに登録してある転送先メールアドレスを削除する場合，手順3の画面に登録しているメールアドレスが表示されますので，削除したいアドレスを削除して，「設定を変更」ボタンをクリックしてください．

 If you would like to delete the email address from the list, you enter the procedure 3, and delete address from the list. And press 「設定を変更」.
