Shukulu wrote her essay on "Ubumwe Vol.44", an newsletterr of the organization which supports Dr. Kazuyuki Sasaki and his activities to help people building peace and reconciliation in Rwanda. The organization is called "Sasaki-san wo shien suru kai", which means "a society in support of Dr. Sasaki".

The title of the essay is "My Dream to Come to Japan Has Come True". In the essay, she wrote about how she decided to go to PIASS, the activities she's taken part in for reconciliation, and what she wants to learn in Japan.
