Prof. Horman Chitonge gave a lecture titled "ʻWe Owned this Land Before the State was Establishedʼ: The State, Traditional Authorities, and the Land Question in Africa" at a seminar held at Hiroshima University on July 3, 2023.
About 20 people (including exchange students from Africa) participated, and various discussions were exchanged after the lecture.
