Venue

Room 301, ILCAA (Seminar Room)

Abstract

What methodologies are practically and ethically suitable for researching conflict-affected and post-conflict regions? This workshop will feature a brief presentation by Dr. Layla Saleh, who has written extensively on political and popular movements in Syria and the broader Middle East. Together, we will explore this crucial question in Middle Eastern studies. Participants will also share their research questions, methodological challenges, and creative approaches. We hope this workshop provides valuable insights for everyone.
