Chang'an Cup Chinese University Students Presentation Contest Delegation Visits TUFS

On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, a delegation from the Chang'an Cup Chinese University Students Japanese Presentation Contest visited TUFS. Led by President WU Yao of Xi'an International Studies University (XISU), the delegation of 10 people, including outstanding students from the contest, paid a courtesy visit to President Nobuo HARUNA.

The discussion was also attended by Professor Takayuki MIYAKE, Dean of the School of Language and Culture Studies, who served as a judge for the competition. The group listened to presentations by the winning and runner-up students, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. This visit also provided an opportunity for the presidents of TUFS and XISU to meet, exchange information on the state of education and research at both universities, and engage in a lively exchange of opinions on future exchanges and collaboration. Prior to the visit, the delegation enjoyed lunch at the university cafeteria, participated in a campus tour with students majoring in Chinese, and had the opportunity to interact with students from both universities.
