①スマートフォンの機種変更をしたため、Office365の二要素認証ができなくなりました。どうしたらよいですか？　I changed my smartphone, so I can't use Office365 two-factor authentication anymore. What should I do?

ICCにて無効化するため、 icc-service@tufs.ac.jpへメール連絡ください。

Please contact icc-service@tufs.ac.jp to have it disabled by the ICC.

②Office365のパスワードを忘れてしまいました。再設定できますか？　I forgot my Office365 password. Is it possible to reset it?

Office365のパスワードがご不明な場合は、パスワード入力画面において「パスワードを忘れた場合」をクリックしてください。その後、画面の指示にしたがいパスワードの再設定を行います。
パスワードの再設定ができない場合は、図書館4FのICCカウンターで、Office365の登録メールアドレスの変更の申請を受け付けております。

If you have forgotten your Office365 password, please click on "Forgot your password?" on the password input screen. Then, follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password.

If you are unable to reset your password, you can request a change of registered email address for Office365 at the ICC counter on the 4th floor of the library.
