出身大学に各種証明書を依頼したところ、到着日が出願期間終了後でしたが、出願できますか？
I asked my university to send certificate, but it will arrive after the deadline. Can I still submit my application?

  出願に係る準備は、期間間近ではなく、余裕を持ってしてください。特に各種証明書は絶対に必要な書類です。募集要項が出る前から準備を開始しておくようにしてください。

　Prepare enough time for submitting the appilication form including all the required certificates. It is highly recommended to prepare all the required documents before the publification of admission information.
