   出身の教育機関で、証明書はWeb証明書のみなど、紙媒体での発行サービスを行っていない場合
　If the school which you graduated from does not issue paper certificates.

  卒業証書や学位記など、課程修了時（卒業式や修了式）に渡された、一生に１部しか発行されない書類を提出したい場合
　For documents that are issued only once in a life time such as graduation certificate or diploma(on a graduation day).

   出身の教育機関に、出願に間に合うように証明書の発行依頼をしていなかった場合
　If a certificate is submitted after deadline by applicant's Alma Mater due to applicant’s negligence.

④
  国の事情により、証明書の発行ができない状態にある場合
　If you cannot obtain your certificate due to your country’s situation.

●原本を求めている証明書は、受験生の自己申告で解決できない書類です。特に①の場合は、証拠も含めご提示ください。

●Applicants are not allowed to submit copy of original documents. Especially for the case ①, show your documents with the evidence.
