①スマートフォンの機種変更をしたため、Microsoft365の二要素認証ができなくなりました。どうしたらよいですか？　I changed my smartphone, so I can't use Microsoft365 two-factor authentication anymore. What should I do?

ICCにて無効化するため、 icc-service@tufs.ac.jpへメール連絡ください。

Please contact icc-service@tufs.ac.jp to have it disabled by the ICC.

②Microsoft365のパスワードを忘れてしまいました。再設定できますか？　I forgot my Microsoft365 password. Is it possible to reset it?

Microsoft365のパスワードがご不明な場合は、パスワード入力画面において「パスワードを忘れた場合」をクリックしてください。その後、画面の指示にしたがいパスワードの再設定を行ってください。
パスワードの再設定ができない場合は、図書館2F 学習相談デスク横のICCカウンターで、Microsoft365の登録メールアドレスの変更の申請を受け付けております。

If you have forgotten your Microsoft365 password, please click on "Forgot your password?" on the password input screen. Then, follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password.

If you are unable to reset your password, you can request to update your registered Microsoft365 email address at the ICC Counter next to the Learning Consultation Desk on the Library's 2nd floor.
