Educational Materials for Children with Non-Japanese Ethnicity

Enhancing education for the increasing number of non-Japanese children living in Japan has become an urgent social issue. We develop educational materials in multiple languages for non-Japanese school children who study Japanese together with core subjects*. So far, we have made these materials in Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Thai, all available on the Internet.

The educational materials are written in plain Japanese and have many drawing pictures that promote understanding so that children can learn Chinese characters and arithmetic while having fun.
