Hands-on Play-acting Workshop "Dress! Dance! Create! Travel the World in Kobe! Chikyu Tankentai 2026"
An immersive experience that invites you into stories and cultures from around the world. "Chikyu Tankentai" is an interactive, experiential intercultural workshop where people of all ages can learn through play alongside actors and researchers.
February 15 (Sun) 2026 Let's Sing in an African Forest! (Cameroon)
Participants explore the wisdom and stories of the Baka people, who live in the forests of Africa, through role-play and song. Let's go on an adventure through a forest filled with animals and mysterious spirits!
March 15 (Sun) 2026 Let's transform with Balinese masks! (Bali, Indonesia)
Bali is an island where masks appear for ritual, theater, play, and many other occasions. Put on a mask, transform yourself into a villager, an animal or a demon, and create an improvised theatrical topeng together! No previous theater experience is necessary. Those who want to explore the Balinese world, come on and join us!
