Regarding course registration for AY2023 Summer Quarter Courses

Dear Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students,
This is an announcement regarding the course registration for the Summer Quarter Courses in AY2023. Please refer to the attached documents when registering. During the period mentioned below, students can only register for courses which are offered in the Summer Quarter. Courses which are offered in the Fall and Winter Quarters can be registered during the registration period for the Fall Quarter.
Please refer to the attached file before registration. In order to prevent any omissions or mistakes in registration, print out the “Class registration form” after completing all registrations, and be sure to reconfirm the registered content.
- Registration period / Registration amendment period
From 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 12 to 4:59 p.m., Friday, July 14, 2023
Note: The registration period and the registration amendment period for the Summer Quarter Courses take place in the same period.
* Note that if you wish to cancel a course held in the Summer Quarter, you are required to cancel by 5:00 p.m. on the day before the class (delivery) starts in the respective Intensive Course Week A/B/C/D/E/F. (If the previous day of the class falls on a weekend or holiday, cancel by 5:00 p.m. on the previous weekday.) (Please refer to the attached documents.)
* After the deadline of the registration period, you will not be able to continue registration even if you are connected to the registration screen. Allow enough time for registration, and be sure to complete each registration well before the deadline of the registration period.
