Tinikling (ティニクリン）

Tinikling is considered as one of the most popular folk dances in the Philippines. It is also known as the national dance in this country. This dance depicts the “tikling,” a type of a small bird, that hops to escape from the bamboo traps. Tinikling originally came from Leyte Island in the Visayas.
